个人简历

林润茂,高聘副教授。2007获北京交通大学理学学士学位,2015年获中国农业科UG环球360研究生院农学硕士学位,2018年获北京师范大学理学博士学位。曾在华大基因、四川农业大学水稻研究所生物技术课题组和中国农业科UG环球360蔬菜花卉研究所工作。主要致力于基因组学和计算生物学、病原与寄主互作和生物防治研究,曾以第一作者或共同第一作者在Nature Communications,PLOS Pathogens,Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology等期刊发表学术论文。

研究方向

为了探索微生物如何适应植物寄主,并激活寄主免疫反应,以及微生物与寄主的协同演化,开展以下研究:(1)微生物基因组;(2)单细胞转录组;(3)微生物与寄主互作;(4)生物防治。
